Our emotion is our energy. How you feel every time is very important. If you feel strong you will be more energetic and if you feel weak your energy will go down. When you feel happy, when you fees graceful, when you feel joyous, when you feel passionate, you will be more energetic but when you are unhappy, when you are sad, when you are worried, when you are in stress you lose your energy. So, be conscious about your emotion.
We face different circumstances everyday. Usually our emotions change with circumstances. We can’t easily change our circumstance but we can control our emotion in different circumstances. Many people get angry, get worried, get in tense during inconvenient situations. They can’t control their emotions in situations they don’t like. But mature & successful people have the ability to control their emotions in same situations. They control their emotions and behave humbly both in joyous & painful situation. If you want to be more successful & happy all the time you have to develop ability of controlling your emotions.

I am going to tell you four very important techniques which will help you to control your emotions.
- Focus on solution not on problem.
If you are sick don’t focus on your sickness. Think how can you get recovered from your sickness just like – take medicine, eat healthy food, take rest etc… If you will focus on your sickness you will have negative emotion & your energy will go down. When you start thinking about solution you will be with positive emotion & you will be more energetic. So focus on solution rather than problem to strengthen your energy.
- Divert your mind from situation that disturb you.
When you face painful situation divert your mind from painful situation. Suppose you get angry or worried or sad you divert your mind to some other activities like play game, watch TV, go out for walk, talk on some other subject etc… when you do this your emotion will be suddenly changed & you feel more energetic.
- Talk with some close people about your situation.
When you face painful situation talk with your close friends, relatives or colleagues. When you discuss your problems with others you will get relax. Your emotion will change & you feel more energetic.
- Put all efforts to come out from painful situation.
Don’t live long with painful situations. When you are in painful situation put maximum efforts to come out from this situation as soon as possible. Some people live long with painful situation so they will not be able to energize themselves. As soon as you solve your problem your emotions will be changed and you will be more energetic.
Follow above four steps and live with positive emotions all the time.
